Refund policy
✔︎ Yes! We are extremely confident that you will love Woóshys. However if you do not find Woóshys suitable for you we do offer a 30-day returns policy - No Question asked!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Support@Wooshys.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. For damaged and wrong products, We will send you a return shipping label for free, that you will be required to attach to your original packaging before dropping it off at a post office.
Exchanges
You can certainly return your Woóshys to us for an exchange to a new pattern, provided it is returned within 30 days.
*Please note: All Woóshys must be returned in as new condition to be eligible for a return/return.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
NOTE:
All returns (for both refunds and exchanges) will be covered with a free return shipping label that we are happy to organise for you, which means no expenses at the post office! Just contact our friendly team at: Support@Wooshys.com and they will be able to help you along the way.
